HB24-1237: Development of Early Child Care Facilities

This bipartisan bill creates multiple programs to ease the burden on our community’s parents and childcare providers. It works to ease the navigation and creation of childcare facilities.

HB24-1431: Housing for Survivors of Abuse

This bipartisan bill creates a program to provide short-term financial assistance for survivors of domestic or sexual violence. Protecting our most vulnerable families from facing homelessness, this bill appropriates funds to be contracted to community organizations providing domestic and sexual violence intervention services to address clients’ most immediate housing needs.

HB24-1314: Preservation of Historic Structures

As important pieces of our past, we value historic spaces and the heritage they preserve. This bill expands the existing tax credit for the preservation of historic structures while increasing opportunities for historic structures to be used for affordable housing.

SB24-233: The Property Tax Bill

Bipartisan legislation to advance a long-term, permanent solution to reducing property taxes for homeowners and small businesses.
