SB25-069: Tire Chain Traction Control Device Permit:

This bipartisan law allows the Colorado Department of Transportation to issue authorization to third-party vendors and companies to station on our roads and highways to help install or remove tire chains or other traction devices for commercial drivers and on passenger vehicles.

HB25-1138: Expanding the Civil Rape Shield Law:

This bipartisan law protects victims of sexual assault in civil court by preventing lawyers from bringing up unrelated details about the victim’s past relationships or how they dress and live their life. Only in specific cases - like proving someone else committed the assault - can past sexual history be discussed, and a judge must first review any such evidence in private.
